技術(shù)開發(fā)人員60余人，高級工程技術(shù)人員從事鍛件的工藝設(shè)計及模具設(shè)計工作，公司技術(shù)中心綜合運用計算機輔助分析與三維動態(tài)模擬分析等先進設(shè)計手段為鍛件精密成型工藝優(yōu)化及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)，有效縮短開發(fā)周期，全面覆蓋產(chǎn)品、模具設(shè)計的全過程，成功實現(xiàn)與客戶同步研發(fā)。
公司建成“重慶市齒形零件精密成形工程技術(shù)研究中心”、“重慶大學創(chuàng)精溫鍛聯(lián)合研發(fā)中心”、“重慶市級企業(yè)技術(shù)中心”、“重慶市中小企業(yè)技術(shù)研發(fā)中心”、“博士后工作站”等多個研發(fā)平臺。
There are more than 30 engineers (intermediate and advanced level) specialized in forging process design and mold design. R&D center manipulated computer-aided analysis and 3D dynamic simulation and other advanced design technology to provide reliable data for forming process optimization and product quality control. These techniques are involved in the entire product and mold design process, and effectively shortened product development cycle, guaranteeing the synchronized development with our customers.
