Chongqing Chuangjing Warm Forging Forming Co., Ltd. is a private company and was founded in 2002. It has two base plants with the total area of 96000 sq. meters and has 404 employees. We have experience of over 15 years conducting hot, warm, cold and combined forging study and production. Currently, the main product line, transmission synchronizer monoblock gear, has taken NO.1 place of domestic market share. The Jiangjin headquarter, has the annual capability of more than 15 million monoblock gear. Meanwhile, the newly opened Yongchuan plant has a potential capacity of 20 million units. The company has been honored as ‘Chinese National High-tech Enterprises’. Also, many cooperated research centers as, ‘Chongqing Gear Parts Precision Forming Mechanical Engineering R&D Center’, ‘Chongqing University - Chuangjing Warm Forging United R&D Center’, ‘Chongqing Municipal Enterprise R&D Center’ have been established. 創(chuàng)精公司擁有雙福、永川兩個(gè)生產(chǎn)基地。重慶江津基地（重慶創(chuàng)精溫鍛成型有限公司）位于重慶江津雙福工業(yè)園區(qū)，占地40余畝（約28000平方米），員工300余人。主要產(chǎn)品包括DCT自動(dòng)變速器、手動(dòng)變速器精鍛結(jié)合齒、齒圈系列產(chǎn)品，AT變速器駐車從動(dòng)齒、行星架，駐車棘輪棘爪，精鍛離合器殼體等。公司精鍛結(jié)合齒市場占有率位列全國第一。
Chuangjing owns two production plants: Shuangfu & Yongchuan, with total 93000 square meters. Shuangfu plant has land area around 28000 square meters and 308 employees. Yongchuan plant has land area around 68000 square meters and 96 employees.
Its key product, precision gear forgings, has taken NO.1 occupancy of domestic market, which include various transmission synchronizer engagement gear, gear shaft, gear ring, reverse gear, spline gear for development of new energy vehicle, braking system gear, pawl, and other important parts.
